Post-doctoral Position Available
A Post-doctoral position is immediately available in the laboratory of Dr. Golam Mohi at the State University of New York, Upstate Medical University to study the molecular and epigenetic mechanisms of myeloproliferative neoplasms and myeloid leukemia. The project offers unique opportunity to utilize state-of-the-art techniques and genetically engineered mouse models to uncover the mechanisms involved in leukemogenesis. Candidates should have a recent Ph.D. or MD/PhD degree with a strong background in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology or related field. Candidates must have a proven track record in research with first author publications in reputed journals. Experience in flow cytometry, animal handling and hematopoiesis studies will be preferred.
