Postdoctoral Fellow in the field of Cancer Cell Biology

Applications are now being accepted for a postdoctoral fellow position to study the mechanisms underlying the roles of p53 and Fanconi Anemia proteins in tumor suppression. Mayo Clinic College of Medicine is a premier research institution located in Rochester, Minnesota.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree from an accredited university. Experience in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and mammalian cell/tissue culture methods are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are essential. Competency is expected in using MS Office, Endnote, Adobe Photoshop and web-based tools. Highly motivated individuals with creative problem solving capabilities and paying attention to detail are preferred. Ability to work independently as well as in a cooperative manner with the supervisor to develop, organize and complete research projects is expected.
