A postdoctoral position is available to study the transcriptional control of energy metabolism and metabolic diseases in our laboratory at University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester. Worcester is about 40 miles west of Boston and is the third largest city in New England area. Our research particularly focuses on the physiological roles of the PPAR subfamily of nuclear receptors, their mechanism of action, and their regulation by transcriptional co-factors.
